I (boat owner, skipper and crew) wish to enter the 2019 LSYC Governor’s Cup and agree to accept all responsibility for their boat while at and competing in the regatta.

I (boat owner, skipper and crew) absolve from all liability and all claims and courses of action, the Lake Stockton Yacht Club and the Lake Stockton Yacht Club officers, the United States Sailing Association and the Race Committee.

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. The organizing authority (LSYC) will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

All boats entering the regatta and all crew members are required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability.
