Fall Series – August 20th
Skippers Meeting- Saturday August 20, 9:00 AM, Shark Park
Please attend the Skippers meeting if you plan to race Saturday. This will kick off the Fall Series of racing. We will also evaluate the weather and determine if we will push the starting time out past noon. Current forecasts show the rain clearing out by 1PM if not sooner. RC will be on channel 72 and give hourly updates starting at 10AM. If there is a high probability of lightening or heavy wind we will postpone. If the whole day is washed out we will look at doing races early Sunday Morning, 10AM.
Wine & Cheese @ State Park Shelter Saturday Evening
We will be hosting a Wine and Cheese Party at State Park South Shelter Saturday Evening. (6pm ish) We will have several bottles and blocks of cheese to get the party started. Bring another bottle or 2 and cheese or snack to share if you would like.
We will fire up the BBQ so bring something to grill if you would like.
Mooring Balls are available on a first come first serve basis. If anyone has a dinghy to help shuttle to the nearby dock a the shelter we would greatly appreciate.

What’s next? September 3rd we have a fun “two-fer”: 3pm will be another Water War! This is a really fun time and back by popular demand. We had 7 boats last time so come prepared with water cannons and bio-degradable water balloons. Then, at dusk, we will have a tailgate party. I will hang a sail on the back of the O.T. Pool and show a concert video. Bring a lawn chair or your tailgate and come have fun!
